If you have an unlimited use Internet plan, you could have a serious claim against Comcast. Unlimited means unlimited, and any restrictions or fees that they charge you for going over a cap on an unlimited plan would be outrageous. However, many Internet companies now have multiple plans. The cheaper plans are generally a lower price on a high speed service, such as 19.99/month, but they have a cap. The more expensive plans, such as 49.99/month for high speed service generally are unlimited use. Check with Comcast and make sure that you truly have an unlimited plan. If not, make sure you have away to check your usage, or you may end up with extra charges that you were not planning on incurring.
